SK

Dr. San Kyoon Park

Research Fellow

Dr Park obtained his PhD in Biomechanics from the University of Calgary in 2008. He then worked as a senior biomechanics researcher in the footwear industry before joining the Running Injury Clinic in 2009. For his doctoral studies, Dr Park investigated the mechanisms associated with ACL injuries in female athletes. His main research focus now concerns the effectiveness of exercise therapy on biomechanics and biological knee joint function in patients with osteoarthritis.

Jill Baxter

Research Coordinator

Jill is our Research Coordinator and has the large task of coordinating our clinical and research programs. She is a certified athletic therapist and has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan.

Danielle Choquet

Rehabilitation Specialist

Lindsay McElroy

Clinic Director and MSc Student

Lindsay is our new Clinic Director while working towards her Masters degree. She is a certified athletic therapist and has trained with Dr. Ferber for over 2 years prior to taking over this large Clinic responsibility. Her research involves understanding torsional stress within the lower extremity while running and this will dramatically improve our ability to assess and rehabilitate common running-related injuries.

Chandra Lloyd

Research Technician

Chandra is our Research Technician and will collect, process, and automate our new 3-dimensional motion capture system. She has currently completed her Masters of Science degree in Biomechanics from the University of Delaware.
